Trying to remember the name of a spice blend I got from Sardinia


So, when I was last in Sardinia, I picked up at a tourist market this amazing herb blend that I used afterwards in basically everything italian, from pizzas to pastas. It was a bit like your usual italian seasoning, but hotter and much more reddish in color - and I'm having a devil of a time remembering the name. I just remember the name had a lot of 'A's', but didn't start with an 'A' - my clouded memory is telling me 'Bacciata' for whatever reason, but that isn't showing me anything on google.Does anyone have any idea what I'm talking about? via /r/Sardinia https://ift.tt/2y6Wrm3
